Jan 16th, outside temp in teens, my son's apt was not heating up enough, called Reid, he was upfront honest about his trip charge, went immediately, identified that the equipment was holding to current temp, educated my son about 'Emergency heat Switch", told me that we have to use that when the temp goes like this. Prompt and courteous guy, I will highly recommend their service to anyone around College Station.

I was initially unsatisfied with R&R what seemed like an exorbitant fee ($180) for a simple drain line clearing. However, when my drain pan started leaking due to loose drain pipe gaskets, Reed and Ryan came in and replaced the gaskets for free. It is obvious that Reed and Ryan genuinely care for the satisfaction and well-being of their clients. As for the work itself, no complaints: they were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Reed and Ryan were transparent in communication, and did not show up a single minute late. I definitely know who I am calling the next time I have HVAC issues.

OMG! R&R is the way to go y’all! We had a new unit installed last year and we were not happy with the service that was provided then. We rolled into this summer with our house constantly at 82 degrees, only at night did it go down to the temperature set. After being told everything was fine from the previous company, we knew we had to do something. We finally contacted Reed and Ryan who were not only so quick in getting back to us, they were here the next day! They found the issue from the previous company and explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand and offered fair pricing. Two days later, our home is finally comfortable to live in again. Best service, quality service and beyond knowledgeable! We had problems with our A/C unit cooling our house and R&R came out and fixed the problem that we had a few other companies come out and tell us the problem could be fixed. We live in Houston and Reed and Ryan came out the next day to assess and fix our issue. They are very thorough and super knowledgeable! They listen to my concerns, went and checked our entire A/C from inside the house to outside. Then let me know what our issue was, showed me pictures of issues and gave me solutions to fix. Pricing is very reasonable! Reed even gave me some suggestions of small things we could do to help since it's so hot outside and some options on different filters. Since R&R has come out and fixed, our house is cooling upstairs and downstairs and the changes he suggested made a big impact. Would definitely recommend to all our family and friends! Our new A/C company for life!

R & R we're prompt and professional. They showed up when they said they would. They even helped us troubleshoot our second unit (was new in 2020) after the company that had installed it failed to show up the day before, leaving us without AC in July ! We originally had R & R out to rework and update our ducts and air exchange box in the back half of the house, they also put in 2 new air scrubbers. I was beyond grateful when they were able to also take the time to troubleshoot that unit. It needed a compressor that was covered by warranty all we had to cover was the labor for installation. Ryan & Reed are both very knowledgeable and while this is a new company this father and son duo have years of ac experience under their belt. Will definitely hire them again.
